For 3 decades, hospital volunteers have made hats for babies

Every Wednesday at a retirement home in north Seattle, a group of women in their 80s and 90s meet.

The "Knotty Knitters," as they call themselves, put their fingers in motion to create 50 hats, evey month, for new babies getting ready to leave Northwest Hospital and head into the world for the first time.
